Tri-State participates with most insurances and accepts Medical Assistance and Medicare. We have a sliding fee discount program for those who qualify, and we will work with patients to set up a payment plan if necessary. Your payment is due and the time of service unless other arrangement have been made. Please ask about our sliding fee program if you qualify.

If you are uninsured or have a high deductible and you are not eligible for our discount program, you can automatically receive a 20% discount if you pay your bill in full at the time of your visit. This is our way of helping to ensure that all uninsured residents have access to affordable healthcare.
